Yes — we recommend booking ahead, especially for colour services and weekends. Walk-ins are always welcome when we have availability, but reserving your spot guarantees your time with us.
We suggest arriving a few minutes early so you have time to settle in before your service begins. If you are running late, please call us — we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean your service needs to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
We offer a full range of hair and spa services — cuts, colouring, balayage, highlights, extensions, facials, waxing, and more. Visit our Services page for the complete list, or give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For colour-intensive services — balayage, bleaching, or highlighting — we require 48 hours' notice, as these appointments take significant preparation time. Cancellations within that window may be subject to a fee.
No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service total. We completely understand that life happens — if something comes up, please reach out as early as you can so we can free your spot for another guest.
We do not offer refunds on services already performed. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. Complimentary corrections are available within 14 days of your original appointment. Please note that all retail products are final sale.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash. We do not accept cheques. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Yes — the Manulife Centre has paid parking available underground. We are also steps from Bay Station on the Bloor-Yonge line, making us easy to reach by TTC. Street parking on Bloor is limited, so transit or the parkade tends to be your best bet.
